Paving Planner

Terms of Service

Last updated 1 August 2026

This is an English summary provided for convenience. The legally binding version of these terms is the Slovak original at pavingplanner.com/podmienky. In case of any conflict, the Slovak version prevails.

1. Operator and contact

The service is operated by Michal Antal (fyzická osoba), Kollárova 3, 903 01 Senec, Slovensko. You can reach us by phone at +421 940 595 800 or by email at m.antal.work@gmail.com.

2. The service

Paving Planner is a web application for paving contractors: a 2D editor for drawing paved areas, automatic material take-off (paving blocks, sub-base layers, kerbs, pallets) and client quotes exported as PDF with a public link and a SEPA payment QR code. AI features can convert a photo of a hand-drawn sketch into an editable drawing.

3. Accounts

Registration requires a valid email address, your first and last name and a phone number. One person may hold one account; we may block duplicate accounts created to abuse free plan limits. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all content you enter into the service.

4. Plans, billing and cancellation

The current price list is always published on the website. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period; you can cancel anytime with effect at the end of the current paid period, after which the account falls back to the free START plan and your data remains stored. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see your card number. Price changes are announced at least 30 days in advance.

5. Your content and our IP

Projects, drawings, price lists and quotes you create remain yours. You are responsible for the correctness of quotes sent to your customers — prices, measurements, VAT rates and invoice details. The service's calculations are decision support, not a binding budget or tax advice. The application, its design and code remain the operator's intellectual property.

6. Consumer rights

If you use the service as a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. For digital services delivered immediately with your express consent, the withdrawal right lapses to the extent permitted by Slovak Act No. 108/2024 Coll. Disputes may also be resolved through the Slovak Trade Inspection (soi.sk) or the EU online dispute resolution platform.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. See also our Privacy Policy.
