+Do I have to install anything?
No. Paving Planner runs in a desktop browser. You sign in and draw. Your phone is only used to photograph a sketch via a QR code.
+Is my data safe?
Every company gets its own separate workspace. Only the people you invite to your team can reach your projects, clients and prices. More in the privacy policy
+Can I use my own prices?
Yes. The catalogue ships with default material and labour prices and you rewrite every one of them to your own.
+How does the app work out the blocks and aggregate?
From the area, the layer build-up you picked and the laying pattern. Blocks include waste and are converted to pallets, aggregate and grit follow the layer thicknesses, kerbs are counted in pieces. Every number has a step-by-step breakdown.
+Which laying patterns are supported?
Stretcher bond, Roman three-size sets A/B/C and wave blocks. You set the block dimensions to match what you actually lay.
+How do I send the quote to a customer?
Either as a PDF with your logo, or through a public link. The customer opens it without registering and accepts the quote in one click.
+How does the customer accept a quote?
You send them a link. They open it without signing in, look at the quote and the PDF, and click Accept. You see it on your dashboard straight away.
+Can I trust the numbers?
Every number has a step-by-step breakdown: how many m², how much waste, how many pallets. You see exactly how the price came about.
+Can I pay in my own currency?
Prices are shown and charged in EUR, CZK, PLN, HUF or USD. It is the same value converted, never a different rate for a different country, and you pick the currency yourself.
+What does it cost?
START is free forever (1 project with 1 area). HOBBY is €9 a month, SOLO for a sole trader €35, CREW with a team of up to 3 €75 and COMPANY with a team of up to 10 €215. Every new account gets 14 days of SOLO free without a card. Paying yearly gives you one month free, and CREW and COMPANY can buy extra AI redraws.
